If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


Simply email us at [email protected] or contact us using our contact form to let us know why you are returning the item and to receive details of where to send the item.

You may return unopened and unused items sold and fulfilled by within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We are not responsible for the return shipping costs of the items (unless the product is faulty). Please note, we will refund the product value excluding any postage charges originally paid, back to the payment method originally used.

If your order arrives damaged or defective in any way, then please contact us as soon as possible to arrange a return. We reserve the right to inspect the product and determine whether or not we consider the item to be defective. If we find that it is, you will receive a full refund or replacement.


All returns are inspected upon receipt, and appropriate refunds will be processed to your card immediately. Refunds may take up to 7 working days to appear on your account depending on your payment type.

If you haven’t received a refund within 7 working days of returning your items, please contact us first to check they have been received back. If they have and we’ve processed your refund, please contact your card issuing bank or company but please bear in mind it may take some time before your refund is officially received back into your account.
